By using the website metaride.eu, the user confirms that he\/she is familiar with these Terms of Use and accepts them. If the user does not agree to these Terms, he\/she should not use the website or send inquiries through it. <\/p>

Meaning of the expression<\/h2>

Certain terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:<\/p>

Website<\/strong> \u2013 an internet page available at metaride.eu, through which users can find out about products and send a request for a quote.<\/p>

User<\/strong> \u2013 any person who accesses the website to view products, obtain information or submit inquiries.<\/p>

Buyer<\/strong> \u2013 any natural or legal person who accepts the seller’s individual offer and makes payment according to the issued offer.<\/p>

Products<\/strong> \u2013 products displayed on the metaride.eu website, including carriers, motorcycle and bicycle transport systems, vehicle accessories, metal structures and other products from the seller’s offer.<\/p>

Inquiry<\/strong> \u2013 a user’s request for information, product availability, price, delivery or the creation of an individual offer.<\/p>

Offer<\/strong> \u2013 a document or electronic message from the seller that provides the buyer with information about the product, price, delivery time, payment method, delivery cost and other purchase conditions.<\/p>

Using the website<\/h2>

The website metaride.eu serves to present products and receive customer inquiries. The products displayed on the website do not represent an automatic and binding offer to purchase, but rather an informative overview of the range. <\/p>

The Seller strives to keep all information on the website accurate and up-to-date, but there may be differences in product availability, prices, technical specifications, photos, product description or other data. The exact terms of purchase are defined in the individual offer that the Seller delivers to the Buyer. <\/p>

The user undertakes to use the website in accordance with applicable regulations, good business practices and the purpose for which the website is intended. It is not permitted to use the website in a manner that could cause damage to the seller, other users or third parties. <\/p>

Sending inquiries and making an offer<\/h2>

The metaride.eu website does not currently allow direct online purchase or online payment. Purchases are made exclusively through individual offers. <\/p>

After receiving the inquiry, the seller may request additional information necessary to create an offer, including vehicle information, delivery address, desired quantity, pickup method or other relevant information. <\/p>

Based on the received inquiry, the seller creates an individual offer that may contain:<\/p>

the price of the product,<\/p>

delivery cost,<\/p>

delivery time,<\/p>

payment method,<\/p>

validity period of the offer,<\/p>

other conditions important for the purchase.<\/p>

The offer is valid only during the period specified in the offer. If no specific period is specified, the offer is valid until revoked, or until product availability, price or other conditions change. <\/p>

Conclusion of a contract<\/h2>

The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment the buyer accepts the offer and the seller records the payment according to the issued offer, unless otherwise stated in the offer.<\/p>

Simply sending an inquiry via the website is not considered an order or obligates the user to purchase. Also, the seller is not obligated to accept every inquiry or make a delivery if the product is not available, if delivery is not possible, or if there are other justified circumstances. <\/p>

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided when sending an inquiry and accepting an offer, including billing information, contact information, shipping address and vehicle information if required for product compatibility.<\/p>

Prices and payment<\/h2>

All prices are in euros (\u20ac), unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

The prices shown on the website may be informative and may not include the cost of delivery, accessories, assembly, customs costs, special customer requests or other additional costs. The final price of the product and all related costs are stated in the individual offer. <\/p>

The shipping cost is calculated individually, depending on the type of product, dimensions, weight, delivery address and country of delivery. The exact shipping cost is stated to the customer before payment. <\/p>

The buyer may also be allowed to pick up the item in person, only with prior agreement and confirmation of the appointment by the seller.<\/p>

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery data. The seller is not responsible for any delay or inability to deliver caused by incorrect, incomplete or untimely delivery of the buyer’s data. <\/p>

Product availability and delivery time<\/h2>

Product availability and delivery time depend on inventory status, production, suppliers, product type, delivery address and other circumstances.<\/p>

The estimated delivery time is stated in the offer or subsequent confirmation from the seller. The delivery time may change in the event of unforeseen circumstances, supplier delays, shipment detention by the delivery service, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the seller’s direct control. <\/p>

The seller will inform the buyer of any significant changes to the delivery date when possible.<\/p>

Right to unilaterally terminate the contract<\/h2>

If the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the applicable regulations, he has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days, except in cases where the right to terminate is excluded by law.<\/p>

The 14-day period begins on the day on which the goods are handed over to the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer, who is not the carrier.<\/p>

The right to unilateral termination does not apply, among other things, to products made according to the customer’s specifications, products adapted to the customer’s personal needs, specially ordered products, or products for which the possibility of return is excluded by law.<\/p>

To exercise the right to unilateral termination, the buyer must send the seller a clear statement of termination of the contract before the deadline expires.<\/p>

The customer is obliged to return the product undamaged, unused and in its original condition, except to the extent that the inspection of the product was necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality.<\/p>

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stated in the offer or if the return is a consequence of the seller’s responsibility.<\/p>

This right applies to consumers. Legal entities and customers who purchase products as part of their business do not have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract as consumers, unless otherwise agreed. <\/p>

Complaints, material defects and warranty<\/h2>

The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt of the product and, if they notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, immediately report it to the delivery person and the seller.<\/p>

The buyer can submit complaints related to the product, delivery or invoice to the seller via email, mail or other written means.<\/p>

The complaint should contain:<\/p>

first and last name or name of the buyer,<\/p>

contact details,<\/p>

offer or invoice number,<\/p>

description of the complaint,<\/p>

Photos of the product or damage, if applicable.<\/p>

The seller will consider the complaint and respond to the customer within the legal deadline.<\/p>

If the product has a material defect, the buyer exercises his rights in accordance with applicable regulations. If a commercial warranty is issued for a specific product, the warranty conditions are specified in the warranty card, product documentation or offer. <\/p>

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, improper use, overloading, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, traffic accidents, external influences or normal wear and tear of the product.<\/p>

Written consumer complaint<\/h2>

In accordance with applicable regulations, the consumer may submit a written complaint:<\/p>

at the seller’s business premises,<\/p>

via email to the address: info@metaride.eu.<\/p>

The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the written complaint without delay and respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint.<\/p>

Product photos on the website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ in minor details, color, equipment, performance, or technical characteristics, depending on the model, series, availability, and configuration of the product. <\/p>

Technical specifications, compatibility and other information provided on the website are provided for informational purposes only. The buyer is obliged to check whether the product suits their needs, vehicle and usage before accepting the offer. <\/p>

The seller is not responsible for the wrong product selection if the buyer has provided incorrect or incomplete information.<\/p>

Installation and use of the product<\/h2>

Products must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, professional codes of practice and applicable regulations. If a specific product requires professional installation, the customer is advised to have the installation carried out by an authorized or professional person. <\/p>

The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper installation, improper use, overloading, failure to maintain the product, unauthorized modifications or use of the product contrary to its intended purpose.<\/p>

The customer is responsible for checking the compliance of the product with the regulations related to the vehicle, road traffic, homologation, load capacity, dimensions and safety of use.<\/p>

Limitation of liability<\/h2>

The seller is not responsible for the temporary inability to use the website, technical difficulties, interruptions in operation, display errors, unavailability of certain functionalities or other circumstances over which it cannot directly influence.<\/p>

The Seller is not liable for any damage caused by using the website contrary to these Terms of Use, applicable regulations, or the usual purpose of the website.<\/p>

The seller is not liable for delays, inability to deliver or other difficulties caused by force majeure, decisions of competent authorities, disruptions in transportation, supplier delays, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the seller’s reasonable control.<\/p>

Personal data protection<\/h2>

The seller processes the personal data of users and customers for the purpose of receiving inquiries, making offers, communicating, processing orders, delivering products, issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations.<\/p>

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy published on the metaride.eu website.<\/p>

Intellectual property<\/h2>

The terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of acceptance of the offer apply to already accepted and paid offers, unless otherwise agreed upon in a more favorable manner for the buyer.<\/p>

Applicable law and dispute resolution<\/h2>

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.<\/p>

The seller and the buyer will try to resolve any disputes amicably.
