Product delivery is available for the Republic of Croatia and selected European countries.<\/p>

The webshop is used to view products and send inquiries for quotes. Direct online purchase and online payment are currently unavailable. After receiving the inquiry, the seller creates an individual offer that includes the product price, delivery cost, delivery time, and other relevant conditions.<\/p>

The purchase contract is considered concluded after the buyer accepts the offer and makes payment according to the issued offer.<\/p>

Delivery methods<\/h2>

The following delivery methods are available to the customer:<\/p>

delivery to the address via a contractual delivery partner,<\/p>

personal collection by prior arrangement.<\/p>

The shipping cost is not fixed and is calculated individually, depending on the type of product, dimensions, weight, delivery address and country of delivery. The exact delivery amount is stated in the offer that is delivered to the buyer before payment.<\/p>

If you choose personal pickup, the buyer does not pay the shipping cost. Personal pickup is possible only with prior confirmation of the appointment by the seller.<\/p>

Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer when sending an inquiry or accepting an offer. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. The seller is not responsible for failure to deliver or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.<\/p>

Delivery is carried out via a contractual delivery partner, with appropriate packaging of the product for protection during transport.<\/p>

Countries we deliver to<\/h2>

Shipping is available to the following countries:<\/p>

Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria.<\/strong><\/p>

For addresses outside of the listed countries, the buyer may submit an inquiry, but the seller reserves the right to refuse delivery if delivery is not possible or commercially feasible.<\/p>

The seller reserves the right to change the list of countries to which delivery is made.<\/p>

Orders outside the Republic of Croatia<\/h2>

For orders outside the Republic of Croatia, there is no automatic shipping calculation via the webshop. Customers with a delivery address outside the Republic of Croatia can send an inquiry via the webshop or email.<\/p>

Based on the received inquiry, the seller creates an individual offer that includes the product price, delivery cost, delivery time, and other relevant conditions. The offer is delivered to the buyer by email.<\/p>

For orders outside the Republic of Croatia, payment is made according to the issued offer, via internet banking or another payment method specified in the offer.<\/p>

Delivery time<\/h2>

The delivery time depends on product availability, delivery address, product type and delivery partner. The estimated delivery time is specified in the individual offer or subsequent order confirmation.<\/p>

In exceptional cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, increased load on the delivery service, shipment detention, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond the seller’s direct control.<\/p>
